Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of business process improvement and digital transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and scope documentation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Monitor and report project performance metrics and KPIs to measure outcomes and track success.
- Identify, assess, and escalate program risks; develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the PMO.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing mentorship, structure, and accountability.
- Coordinate governance routines, including preparation of executive materials and updates.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
Domain Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in distribution or a related industry, with direct exposure to the aligned function.
- 3+ years of experience in program/project management or PMO roles, preferably in a matrixed or global environment.
- Understanding of digital transformation trends, challenges, and best practices at large corporations.
- Proven track record of leading successful transformation projects across functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) a plus.
- Aptitude in digital tools and process optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ProjectPlace (or similar project collaboration tools).
