✨ About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-driven and organized Implementation Specialist Support to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent college grad or early-career professional ready to step into a project-oriented role. You’ll be responsible for supporting the onboarding of small to mid-sized clients, ensuring plan setups are completed accurately and on time.
salary: $24.99 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage implementation projects from kickoff through completion
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and external partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather setup requirements and solve issues
- Lead virtual meetings to walk clients through the onboarding process
- Track project milestones and status in tools like SAP or Smartsheet
- Ensure a seamless transition from implementation to account support teams
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the onboarding experience
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, client operations, or implementations
- good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Self-starter with great organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with SAP, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Experience working in hybrid or remote environments
- Data entry experience or comfort navigating multiple systems
- Comfort with cloud-based tools like OneDrive
