Responsibilities
As a Credit Analyst, job duties include:
- Carry out thorough credit investigations to enable the initiation of sound credit decisions and facilitate order release.
- Research and compile credit information to support timely order release decisions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of credit applications and perform trade reference checks with financial institutions and customer vendors.
- Evaluate credit data to support sound credit decisions and mitigate financial risk.
- Communicate the status of credit investigations to internal business partners, including sales and customer service teams.
- Collaborate directly with customers to resolve issues and discuss special credit requirements or necessary advance deposits.
- 2+ years working as a Business to Business Credit Analyst at a nationwide organization.
- History of high velocity Credit involvement.
- Working knowledge in principles of Credit Assessment.
- Demonstrated ability in customer communication and support.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
