salary: $45.99 - $46 per hour

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
✔️ Administer and manage employee benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, life/disability, and leave of absence programs
✔️ Serve as a trusted resource for employees, answering benefit questions and guiding them through eligibility and plan details
✔️ Lead compliance efforts for ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, and PBGC regulations, including year-end testing and reporting
✔️ Support vendor management, including escalations, contract reviews, and RFPs
✔️ Help implement new benefits initiatives to support a positive employee experience
✔️ Evaluate current processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
✔️ Support benefits integration for mergers and acquisitions
✔️ Back up other benefits team members as needed
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree required
Direct experience with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) is a major plus
strong Excel skills—comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Deep understanding of benefits administration, compliance, and employee support
✅ CEBS/GBA certification is a plus
Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
Experience using PeopleSoft is a bonus
