What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate technician schedules, service logs, and weekly labor/travel hours
- Manage service timesheets and ensure reporting accuracy
- Schedule preventive maintenance (PM) appointments and installations
- Serve as the point of contact for warranty calls and machine updates
- Track technician training, incentives, and vacation schedules
- Communicate with customers regarding service, installation, and support
- Organize service training classes and maintain uniform inventory
- Coordinate and invoice robot welding service orders
- Support interdepartmental communication and maintain key service policies

salary: $24 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities
- Review service technician schedules and service logs on a weekly basis to ensure completion of service reports. Update spreadsheets with weekly labor, travel, and miscellaneous hours.
- Import timesheets into service logs and oversee their accuracy.
- Track daily start times and manage service technician vacation schedules.
- Schedule and manage all preventative maintenance (PM) appointments, including sending reminders, coordinating parts, and updating contracts.
- Schedule new machine installations, communicate with customers regarding tentative installation dates, and manage pre-installation requirements.
- Update database with new machine models and track warranty calls for various manufacturers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to process service technician incentives and track training requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding service issues, striving for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
