What We're Looking For:
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing (required)
- A servant leader who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
- strong communicator with a steady, team-first approach
- Comfortable leading a team with varying levels of experience
- Creative, flexible thinker who thrives in fast-paced or changing environments
- Familiar with PSM and maintenance management systems (CARL experience a plus)
- Willing to commit to the hours and hands-on involvement this role requires
salary: $130,000 - $144,999.97 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance operations, including HVAC, general maintenance, and skilled trades
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 44 (including 10 direct reports: supervisors, engineers, and schedulers)
- Bring organization and consistency to a department that’s ready for a fresh start
- Use your leadership and technical skills to build trust with a team navigating change
- Work closely with the Plant Director and cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Manage a variety of equipment — from older legacy systems to new installations — across our 450,000 sq ft plant
- Support ongoing facility upgrades and expansion projects
- Help improve use of the CARL maintenance system (currently in optimization phase)
