Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
- Make outbound phone calls to individuals based on provided leads or customer lists.
- Follow established scripts accurately and professionally to clearly communicate the purpose of the call and the benefits of scheduling an appointment.
- Effectively address basic customer inquiries and direct more complex questions to the appropriate team member.
- Accurately record the outcome of each call, including appointments scheduled, reasons for refusal, and any relevant customer notes in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for the number of calls made and appointments scheduled.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and track appointment schedules, generate basic reports, and update customer information as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy and ethical communication practices.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
