In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, overseeing the daily activities of both our online educational platform and our bustling bookstore. You'll manage a dedicated team, identify areas for process improvement, and utilize data to drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Online School Operations: Oversee online school logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and support. Collaborate with academic teams to enhance course delivery and the online learning experience.
- Bookstore Operations: Manage all bookstore functions: inventory, purchasing, pricing, and order fulfillment. Coordinate with suppliers and monitor sales trends.
- Team Management: Lead and guide the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a collaborative environment.
- Process Improvement & Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes. Ensure compliance and high-quality standards. Address customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report operational data to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform decision-making.
