Responsibilities
As an Order Administrator, job duties include:
- Validate and process customer orders to meet daily quotas, ensure all requirements are met, and expedite orders as necessary.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person regarding operational procedures and policies.
- Process warranty claims and product returns accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks such as generating reports, monitoring order flow, and supporting process improvements.
- You approach challenges thoughtfully and strategically, knowing when to be analytical and when to be creative.
- You see the big picture but never miss the small details. You recognize how patterns connect and understand root causes.
- You take initiative, pursue growth opportunities, and are driven by more than just checking boxes.
- 3+ years of experience working as an Order Administrator with data entry and customer service experience for a global organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) with experience using Salesforce.com.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
