Randstad is looking for Operations Processor 3 in Atlanta,GA.This role focuses on providing complex operational support, particularly involving lockbox request processing across multiple systems. It requires knowledge of Excel and Word, having attention to detail skills, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of bank operations experience and the ability to improve and manage process workflows. Position: Operations Processor 3 Location: Atlanta,GA,30354 Pay: 22 Shift Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00am - 04:30pm

Responsibilities

• Maintain reports in Excel and Word
• Requests are received in AES (Automated Enrollment Solution) across multiple sites
• Review the request including attachments to be able to execute the process for the request.
• Use Microsoft Word in the maintenance of requests process
• Add information to each request
• Balance requests at the end of the week
• Support Operations
• Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Operations impact. 
• Perform complex operational support tasks. 
• Provide support on escalated questions. 
• Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information.
