In this role, you’ll handle inbound inquiries for payoff quotes, review documentation for compliance, and ensure customers receive accurate information regarding their obligations. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining account records, coordinating with internal teams, and closing out accounts in our system of record. Responsibilities
Accurate and timely processing of customer's inquiries for a payoff quote. Review documentation to ensure customer has met all the necessary requirements for a payoff and that all applicable charges are presented to the customer. Communicates with customers to understand the reason for the payoff. Works closely with other LOB's within Leasing should any issues arise. Processes the termination of accounts on the system of record. Performs maintenance on current portfolio, as needed. Completes various projects assigned by the manager.
