Responsibilities
Job Title: Escalations Representative – Brokerage Operations
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, Local Time
Next Class: Mid-July
Starting as a 6-Month Contract Assignment with opportunity for extension based on client needs.
Location: St. Louis, MO 63103
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers by addressing escalated inquiries and complaints regarding brokerage accounts and services
- Act as an intermediary to resolve disputes, negotiate settlements, and route issues appropriately
- Perform investigative steps to determine root causes and process complex transactions online
- Classify risk and flag potential regulatory concerns using internal systems
- Update case information using CRM-style platforms, ensuring accuracy across over 50 required fields
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate non-routine concerns to more senior staff
- Minimal phone coverage is required
