Responsibilities
Position Title: Escalations Representative 3
Pay Rate: $27.82/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hr shift between 6am to 5pm (final start time/schedule to be confirmed)
Duration: 6 month to 1-year contract
Conversion Potential: This is not a guaranteed temp-to-perm role, but there may be future full-time opportunities depending on internal volumes, attrition, and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve Complex Client Issues: Handle high-level customer complaints and inquiries independently.
- Investigate Thoroughly: Research and analyze root causes of escalations, identifying appropriate resolutions.
- Act as SME: Provide subject matter guidance and interpretation of procedures to peers.
- Team Support: Oversee daily support team activities, offering direction and support.
- Drive Improvements: Recommend and implement process and policy enhancements.
- Manage Communications: Handle 5–10 inbound/outbound calls per day and draft templated or custom written correspondence.
- Ensure Compliance: Review cases for risk and regulatory concerns; classify and manage in compliance systems.
- Negotiate Resolutions: Mediate disputes and negotiate settlements where necessary.
- Pipeline Management: Manage daily caseloads efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and closure of complaints.
