In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for meticulously reviewing, analyzing, and processing claims payment requests for automotive repairs. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring accurate payments by validating billing information against authorization details, all while adhering to established internal policies and procedures. You'll enjoy the flexibility of working 2 days in our Deerfield Beach office and 3 days from the comfort of your home.
What you bring to the role:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and deadlines.
- Quick to grasp and implement new processes and technical enhancements.
- Flexibility to transition between work queues autonomously as business needs arise.
- Industry experience is required, with preferred knowledge in:
- Automotive Dealership
- Auto Repair
- Accounting
- Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable
- Must be open to working overtime, especially during month-end close.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and holidays as needed.
- For your work-from-home days, you must have a sufficient workspace at home.
