The position requires real-time communication via chat and meetings, lead assignment through CRM tools like Salesforce, and regular reporting. strong multitasking, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential. Responsibilities

• Assigning and tracking leads out of queue
• Analyst type role, analyzing data
• Working out of spreadsheet - assign, track
• Ongoing chat throughout the day, need to be actively responding
• Track reporting - need to know who is working, who’s not, before assigning leads
• Communicating in meetings about data that is in reports
• Need to have master Excel skills
• Lead assignment skills in CRV/Salesforce position ideal
