What You’ll Do:
- Process quotes and customer orders
- Communicate order updates and shipment details
- Support customers with product info and technical questions
- Coordinate logistics and maintain accurate order records
- 3–5 years of customer service experience (manufacturing a plus)
- strong communication and organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP is a bonus

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer quotes and purchase orders
- Create and track factory orders in the ERP system (SAP/Pointman)
- Communicate order status and updates to customers and internal teams
- Coordinate logistics and shipping, including customs documentation for Canadian shipments
- Assist customers with product selection and technical questions
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and service issues
- Maintain accurate order data and inventory tracking
- Prepare and send customer satisfaction surveys
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed
