Responsibilities
- Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns; provide policy guidance.
- Mediate workplace conflicts and facilitate communication between staff and management.
- Support performance management processes, including PIPs and disciplinary actions.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee support during open enrollment.
- Maintain employee records in Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws at all levels to minimize legal risks.
- Support employee engagement efforts such as wellness programs and recognition events.
- Manage summer internship and high school scholarship programs.
- Collaborate on HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support all plant hiring activities: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
- Perform additional HR duties aligned with departmental goals.
