Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and consumers, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming office presence
- Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and provide assistance to visitors
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions in alignment with the state’s standards
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets as required
- Order office supplies and perform general administrative tasks as approved by the Associate Director
- Coordinate scheduling of all meeting spaces and trainings using Outlook
- Assist job applicants in completing applications and ensure all required documentation is submitted
- Conduct interviews and support Human Resources in the hiring process.
- Oversee the completion of all onboarding paperwork, trainings, and compliance processes in accordance with state and company regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
