This position will be responsible forday-to-day accounting functions, from accounts payable/receivable to reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional to contribute significantly to our clients financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

salary: $21 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities

Shift: 8am - 5pm
Pay: $21 - $26hr
Duties:

• Processes invoices in customer portal and distributes invoicing documentation as needed
• Obtains, verifies, and analyzes credit references provided for new and non-current customer accounts.   Assigns credit terms with limits based on company practice and policy
• Performs collection and follow-up with past due accounts
• Prepares monthly sales and bookings reports for distribution to BU Managers and Executive Staff, including analysis of variances from Plan, product mix, market segment classification 
• Reviews and audits expense reports through the expense reporting software to ensure compliance and accuracy, approves for closure and provide reimbursement information to HR, following up on any issues
• This is a long term temp position that can go full hire after 90 days
