Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, professional service to customers via phone, assisting with general inquiries and scheduling.
- Respond to service requests, explain pricing, and assist new customers with setting up services.
- Use RoutePoint software to schedule pest control and builder-related services.
- Address billing questions, resolve invoice issues, and provide follow-up support when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records, update notes in internal systems, and validate technician paperwork.
- Calmly and professionally de-escalate upset customers and route unresolved issues to a manager.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, or office-based).
- Good Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary software systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Supportive and friendly office environment
- Training provided for success in the role
- Monday–Friday schedule, with no late evenings
