- Nursing home defense + Professional Liability litigation
- Work closely with a collaborative team
- PA admission required
- 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience (plaintiff-side med mal will be considered)
- Hybrid schedule after training

- 2% profit-sharing after a waiting period

salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities
- PA bar license
- 3-5 years of medical malpractice defense experience
- They will consider plaintiff experience (toxic tort for example)
- They are losing someone with 10+ years of experience, they need someone confident, and who has been first or second chair at trial.
