Responsibilities
Scrum Master Functions:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews across multiple teams.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles to improve team performance and delivery velocity.
• Track and communicate sprint progress, team capacity, and key Agile metrics using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Ensure alignment between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders.
Project & Program Management Functions:
• Collaborate directly with technology leaders to drive large-scale initiatives across AI efforts.
• Coordinate project milestones, manage change control processes, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Conduct financial and resource analysis to optimize allocation and drive cost savings across technology operations.
• Lead the implementation of technology initiatives that improve compliance metrics and audit readiness.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and execution.
