Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle sales process with large self-insured companies (factories, campuses, HQs)
- Drive net-new pipeline and close multi-location deals through your own outbound and industry relationships
- Build good relationships with HR, Benefits, Workplace, and Total Rewards leaders
- Customize proposals, pricing, and ROI storytelling to speak to exec-level employer needs
- Collaborate with ops, marketing, and product for strong delivery and post-sale retention
- Report learnings and GTM insights to refine our playbook and improve speed-to-close
