 We are seeking a strong, hands-on Sr Staff Accountant to join a growing organization in the construction and home services industry, currently managing the accounting for three active subsidiaries with plans for expansion. We value proactive problem-solvers with strong attention to detail who are ready to grow with a company long-term. In this role you will support month-end close processes and day-to-day accounting operations across their general ledger and sub-ledger systems. This is a critical role for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting as they scale. Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliations across the general ledger and supporting sub-systems
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and manage bank reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for three subsidiaries, with additional entities expected to be added
• Analyze and track cost of goods sold related to vendor activity
• Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, and accruals
• Partner with leadership to support financial reporting and operational improvements
• Contribute to process documentation and internal controls
• Support system transitions and integrations as the organization evolves
