Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Maintain and regularly update procurement records and trackers to ensure transparency, traceability, and audit readiness.
• Generate detailed reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance to identify trends and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure timely approvals and documentation, resolving delays and communicating outstanding items proactively.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies by following internal controls, flagging non-compliant purchases, and supporting audit and compliance efforts.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain with a focus on material scheduling, supply planning, sourcing/purchasing, and supplier management; familiarity with tools like SAP, Ariba, or other planning systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with proven ability to manage inventory, distribution processes, and generate insights using Excel and reporting tools like Power BI.
