This hybrid position begins with approximately 30 days of comprehensive, paid, on-site training in Tempe, AZ. Once you're confidently working independently, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

- Serve as a trusted point of contact, expertly managing customer phone calls, chats, and emails regarding accounts payable and billing inquiries.
- Leverage your problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex payment-related issues, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Clearly articulate information and processes, conveying confidence and empathy while helping customers navigate their financial questions.
- Play an integral role in our clients' success by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their critical financial operations.
- Proven experience (at least 6 months) in a call center or customer service environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with web-based applications and a typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- A professional, friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Critical thinking skills with a knack for understanding and resolving customer needs.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a Green Card holder.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities
As a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answers chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes. Works independently or as part of a group or team in a diverse work environment.
