Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately and efficiently.
• Perform prompt delivery of mail and packages, respond to client requests, and provide high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, reporting any issues and responding quickly to emails, calls, and messages.
