Responsibilities
- Resident Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and fostering a positive community environment.
- Vendor Management: Coordinating and supervising a variety of service providers, including landscaping, security, cleaning, and maintenance, ensuring all work meets our exacting standards.
- Property Maintenance & Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring the building and grounds are always immaculate and well-maintained.
- Financial Oversight (as needed): Assisting with budget adherence and invoice processing, working closely with the Board of Directors.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence related to property operations.
- Emergency Response: Being available for occasional urgent situations that may arise outside of regular hours (on-call rotation).
