Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Support and service existing clients on their insurance policies (personal lines)
- Handle client communications by phone, email, and other channels
- Manage policy updates, documentation, and account information with care and accuracy
- Learn and use industry tools and carrier platforms (training provided)
- Assist with quoting, policy reviews, and helping clients explore additional coverage needs
- Contribute to an agency culture that values retention, empathy, and service excellence
- A desire to learn and grow within the insurance space (P&C license highly preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Keen attention to detail and tech-comfortable (MS Office experience helpful)
- A warm, professional communication style and team-player mentality
- A client-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
