In this critical role, you'll be the go-to expert for all audit-related inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including agents, underwriters, auditors, vendors, and insureds. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless audit processes and delivering timely, accurate resolutions.

Responsibilities
- Customer Advocate: Answer telephone inquiries and provide comprehensive resolutions to agents, insureds, and underwriters.
- Communication Hub: Monitor and manage audit mailboxes, ensuring all email inquiries are understood, resolved, or delegated efficiently.
- Process Expert: Learn and master departmental roles, workflows, and the responsibilities of all parties involved in audit transactions (insured, agent, underwriter, auditor vendor, billing, legal, regulatory bureaus, etc.).
- Deadline Driven: Meet all deadlines and ensure all inquiries are addressed appropriately and promptly.
- Data Steward: Ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive Partner: Anticipate the needs of requestors, review incoming requests, and allocate or take ownership of outcomes.
- Team Player: Assist with departmental support responsibilities, including work order generation, work assignments, inventory allocation, and vendor invoicing/reconciliation.
- Quality Champion: Execute workflows and audit/worksheet preparation for special audit programs, ensuring adherence to service levels.
- Continuous Learner: Work across multiple applications and systems, adapting to evolving departmental needs.
