Responsibilities
PREP: Prepping boxes for scanning require employees to take boxes of documentation ranging from K-12 records, Medical Records, Purchase Orders etc. and organizing this documentation and preparing it to be scanned by the scan team. This involves removing all staples, paper clips and anything binding the pages together. Post-it notes are taped on blank sides or separate pieces of paper, and make sure all documentation is legible and any writing is not obscured. They are also required to put document break sheets in-between appropriate points throughout the files so that the Index team can index each document appropriately. After a prep team member is done with a box it is moved to the scan team.
