Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data entry and consistently seek out resources to resolve any discrepancies
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, adjusting to changing priorities with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Review and process all work queues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Provide clear, concise, and professional written communication via email for charity outreach.
• Effectively communicate over the phone to support charity outreach efforts.
• Generate and review UPS Letters Key Deliverable Report and Undeliverables daily to ensure timely processing.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned in the Grants department, ensuring smooth operations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Outlook and Excel, with the ability to efficiently navigate between multiple tools to accomplish tasks
