Join Our Team as a Tax Supervisor in Bethesda, MD! Are you a highly skilled and experienced Tax professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our thriving CPA firm in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a dedicated Tax Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be a cornerstone of our tax practice, focusing primarily on individual tax returns (85% of our clientele!). We're looking for someone with a strong background in preparing a variety of returns, including 1040s, 1041s, 1120s, and 1065s.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of dedicated tax experience, with a significant focus on individual tax preparation.
  
  
• Proficiency with ProSystem fx tax software.
  
  
• A CPA license is highly preferred.
  
  
• Solid experience with both individual and corporate tax returns.
  
  

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, offering a competitive base salary of $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Tax accountant with the ability to prepare all types of complex individual, trust and estate, partnership, S and C corp returns.
• Diverse experience: preparing 1040, 1041, 1120, and 1065 as 85% of clients are individuals.
• Prosystems Fx is preferred but will consider Gosystem or Lacerte.
• CPA or CPA candidate required.
• Need a good mix of tax and accounting skills.
• Self start with extremely good communication, attention to detail and follow up skills.
