We're actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team  This is a direct hire, 32 hours per week position perfect for someone looking for a stable role with a consistent schedule.

As our Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department.



salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Accounting Functions: Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), daily
invoicing, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and LLC filings.
 Human Resources Support: Assist with onboarding new hires and annual employee
benefits renewal coordination.
 Administrative Duties: Order office supplies, coordinate employee meetings, and perform
other minor office tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred due to industry-specific accounting
and HR nuances).
 strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing.
 Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and benefits administration.
 Excellent organizational and communication skills.
