We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives at our client in Duluth! These are temporary positions to start for peak season and have opportunity for extension and potential temp to hire.  These are remote/work from home positions however candidates must sit in Duluth area as onsite equipment pickup will be required / onsite meetings as needed. Hours: Must be available for any shift 7 days/week from 7:00AM-9:30PM.  Pay Rate: Training $17.00/hr; post-training $18.00/hr Start Date: estimated 9/15 Must have previous customer service call center experience and prefers remote work experience. Will be handling inbound call related to Health insurance and care. Assessments are required with satisfactory score to interview.  Background check is a criminal check, drug screen, employment and education.  Please apply for next steps!

Responsibilities

• Responds professionally to inquiries from internal/external customers. 
• Promotes, ensures and provides customer service to internal/external customers by demonstrating skills which are consistent with the organization's philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service. 
• Initiates contact with the appropriate Health Plan, medical group and facility personnel to obtain information relevant to the concern or inquiry as needed. 
• Evaluates data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve the complaint and/or coordinate service recovery.
