You’ll work closely with machinists, maintenance, and leadership to enhance CNC programs, upgrade automation systems, and reduce cycle times across our production lines.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes involving CNC machining (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)
- Support and program CNC equipment (e.g., Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar)
- Lead and support automation projects (e.g., Fanuc robots, PLC integration, pick-and-place systems)
- Improve manufacturing throughput, tooling life, and machine utilization
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause solutions (Lean/Six Sigma approach)
- Create and maintain documentation: work instructions, process sheets, and SOPs
- Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement
