Responsibilities
As a Data Redaction Coordinator, Job duties include:
- Review and fulfill internal and external data requests, ensuring proper redaction of sensitive qualitative and quantitative information.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant program areas to clarify requests and confirm redaction requirements.
- Convert and format files using Adobe and Microsoft Office tools.
- Execute redactions using Adobe redaction tools and follow approved redaction protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Governance and subject matter experts, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- 2+ years of professional experience using the Adobe redaction tools.
- Demonstrated Excel skills, including data organization and manipulation.
- Ability to identify patterns and apply best practices in redaction techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with HelpDesk or ticketing systems.
