Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will primarily involve prospecting new sales opportunities and actively cultivating and growing current house accounts. Beyond these sales-focused tasks, you'll also be responsible for the core operational duties of booking and scheduling shipments, setting up carriers, and developing relationships with them that encourage revenue growth. A key part of your role will be negotiating shipment rates for multiple shipments simultaneously, as well as tracking and tracing them. Finally, you'll apply your skills to problem-solving various operational challenges that arise.
