To be successful as a HR Generalist/Benefits, you should have good organizational skills and stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, market trends and Benefit Leaves Administration. You should also have good interpersonal skills, be able to maintain meticulous records, and collaborate with other departments and external service providers.

Responsibilities
- Working with the benefits team to promote Company wellbeing program and other programs Supports HR leadership on special projects including Mergers & Acquisitions due diligence, Post Merger Integration, restructuring, etc.
- Supports Immigration and global mobility assignments working with HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
- Responsible for data integrity related to government reporting including AAP and EEO-1 submission requirements
- Working with HR Leadership, prepares and analyzes key employee data and helps with special reporting requests
- Supports Benefits Manager with employee service awards planning, other recognition programs and vendor billing reconciliation.
- Initiates, monitors and tracks relocation activities and partners with Payroll on year to foster a more positive employee experience.
- Maintains strong knowledge of legislation about employment, compensation and benefits and other related human resources functions.
