Responsibilities

- Proficiency in MS Office (Primarily Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical assistance, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and good memory retention
- Prepare and Submit Documentation: Create formal submittal packages for Contractors and Engineers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Data Management: Perform data entry for tracking information and comparing pricing, while resolving issues like incomplete or inconsistent data.
- Project Coordination: Communicate with manufacturers to ensure materials meet specifications and deadlines and follow up proactively to keep projects on track.
- Customer & Engineer Support: Guide customers and engineers through material selections and technical decisions, helping them understand the products and process.
- Team Collaboration & Learning: Work under established procedures as a representative of the company. Support sales with purchase orders when possible, Learn directly from Project Managers to build product knowledge and exercise sound judgment in material selections.
