Responsibilities
- Sales Team Support: Constantly interact with the sales team, providing essential support with order processing and fulfilling sample requests to help them achieve their targets.
- Order and Return Management: Accurately process customer orders and returns, ensuring timely and correct execution.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and courteously, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Invoice Management: Work with invoices, including generation, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks, requiring basic proficiency to manage and organize sales-related data.
