We’re seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper with a “think outside the box” mindset to join our dynamic team. This critical role ensures smooth financial operations across our restaurant locations, maintaining accurate accounts payable and supporting essential administrative needs. We're growing quickly and would like an additional team member who wants to learn and grow with us.   

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable Management: Oversee all aspects of AP, including vendor payments, expense tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate 3-way matching. 3rd part deposits,
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly financial reports.
• Restaurant Operations Support: Handle administrative tasks, such as ensuring utilities, licenses, and operations remain fully functional across all restaurant locations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and implement creative solutions to support a growing portfolio of restaurants.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with accounting best practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience with a emphasis on hands-on AP and 3-way matching.
  • Must be TASK completion oriented.
  • Restaurant industry accounting experience is REQUIRED.
• Skills:
  • proficiency in reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative, forward-thinking approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
