Results-driven Product Manager and Test Lead with deep expertise in CRM platform transitions, specializing in Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migrations. Brings a strong background in test strategy, data validation, and integration oversight, with hands-on experience using Informatica for ETL and data transformation. Adept at leading cross-functional teams through complex migration programs, ensuring data integrity, system interoperability, and business continuity. Skilled in aligning testing frameworks with product goals to deliver high-quality, scalable CRM solutions.
