Our client, a dynamic and growing manufacturing company in Delaware County, PA, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Operations Support Specialist to join their essential team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the friendly and efficient voice of our company, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service while meticulously managing key operational tasks.
salary: $20 - $23 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Handle customer requests and inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online portals.
Problem Solving: Promptly address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Order & Quote Management: Create, modify, and expedite customer and sample orders, as well as quotes.
Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in Salesforce and SAP.
Returns & Quality Control: Process returns, manage quality notifications, and facilitate exchange orders.
Case & Queue Management: Sort and manage cases, providing support during high-volume periods and across various case queues.
Process Improvement: Identify issues, suggest process improvements, and adapt individual priorities to meet evolving customer and departmental needs.
Collaboration: Develop and maintain working relationships with team members and other internal departments.
Active Listening: Utilize active listening to fully understand and address customer concerns.
Flexible Support: Undertake other duties as assigned to meet business demands.
