Your ’day to day;
You’ll play a major role in shaping People & Culture’s strategies. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, outstanding reporting and visualization capabilities, and a solid understanding of project and change management best practices. You’ll have the opportunity to innovate, drive impact, and partner across teams to enable project management excellence.
- End-to-End Project Execution: Drive execution across strategic projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Actively support delivery teams by removing roadblocks, facilitating decisions, and ensuring accountability.
- Project Planning & Governance: Build and maintain robust project plans using tools like Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Planner. Implement strong tracking, issue/risk management, and milestone reporting processes.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, and visual trackers to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively. Translate complex project information into clear, actionable updates for diverse stakeholders.
- Change Management: Lead or support change management efforts including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and readiness assessments. Embed change enablement strategies into the overall project lifecycle to ensure successful adoption.
