Your ’day to day;
You’ll play a major role in shaping data-driven People & Culture strategies for a dynamic and purpose-driven organization. You’ll have the opportunity to innovate, drive impact, and partner across teams to enable workforce excellence.
- Data Management & Governance: Source, validate, and maintain people data from multiple systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness. Uphold strong data governance standards related to data privacy, security, and integrity.
- Analytics & Insights: Perform statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within workforce data. Translate data into compelling insights that inform HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational decision-making. Conduct ad hoc and weekly reporting with accuracy and speed.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent functions to support forecasting, headcount planning, and organizational modeling. Monitor workforce metrics and indicators, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Visualization & Communication: Develop visually engaging dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel. Present findings in a clear, structured, and business-relevant format to senior stakeholders.
