Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking Move Money Associate to join their high-performing operations team. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding client assets by reviewing and approving money movement transactions in alignment with firm and regulatory guidelines.

salary: $28.14 - $28.15 per hour

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves incoming/outgoing money movement transactions
  
  
• Ensures accuracy, compliance, and fraud prevention
  
  
• Uses multiple internal systems to process requests
  
  
• Follows SEC/FINRA and internal compliance policies
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (working in a queue), reviewing money transfer requests to ensure complaince with bank's policies
  
  
• Apply risk-based protocols to protect client assets
  
  
• Resolve escalations using critical thinking and internal resources
  
  
• Maintain quality standards and compliance at all times
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional experience, in back office, data entry, administrtive roles
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and risk awareness
  
  
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot technical issues
