Responsibilities

We're seeking a highly organized, strategic Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO and leadership team during a critical growth phase (from $50M to $100M+). This pivotal role drives key initiatives, ensures cross-functional alignment, and optimizes business operations. You'll gain deep exposure across all facets of the business, from board relations to operational strategy.



Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO on strategy, planning, and business operations.
  
  
• Lead high-impact projects and ensure cross-functional execution.
  
  
• Prepare board and investor communications.
  
  
• Support OKR development and organizational effectiveness.
  
  
• Manage executive meeting cadences and follow-ups.
  
  
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
  
  
• Represent the CEO as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' experience in high-growth or corporate environments.
  
  
• 6+ years in management consulting, strategic operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
  
  
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
