With 40+ offices and a deeply collaborative culture, we’re seeking a Senior Recruitment Assistant to help drive best-in-class hiring for our Business Services division. This is a contract role with the potential to become permanent.
In This Role, You Will:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple practice groups across all U.S. offices
- Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback delivery
- Assist with agency management including vendor tracking, agreements, and kickoff coordination
- Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies
- Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to support strategic hiring goals
- Maintain data accuracy within our applicant tracking system and generate reports
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance employer branding, DEI efforts, and candidate experience
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional communication
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to manage offer logistics, immigration, compensation, and more
- 2+ years of recruitment or recruitment assistant experience (professional services or agency background preferred)
- Administrative, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems

Responsibilities
- Support recruitment on varies stages in the recruitment process across multiple requisitions (e.g., job postings, applications, pipelining, interviews, candidate management, offer management, agency engagement etc.)
- Proactively mitigate recruitment challenges, provide regular communications to relevant leadership, on any requisitions aligned with the practice group(s)
- Ensure and maintain all elements of agency management (e.g., fee agreements, preferred vendors, tracking management, kick-off calls, communications, etc.)
- Assist in developing sourcing strategies utilizing various channels to cultivate diverse pipelines, and candidate outreach to identify top talent in the market
- Manage the candidate scheduling process (e.g., collecting candidate availability, communicating with recruiting agencies, requesting interview scheduling, and greeting candidates on WebEx interviews, etc.)
- Review resumes for prospective candidates to assess their knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, cross-function teams and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process to ensure we proactively meet their hiring needs and goals
- 2+ years of recruitment or assistant experience; professional services industry or a search firm preferred
- Technical skills on the following applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Detail oriented, with administrative skills
