- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel formulas, VLOOKUPS) & HRIS/workforce tools.

Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Development:
- Partner with leadership on succession and transition planning.
- Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
- Use data to anticipate future talent needs and close gaps.
- Analyze workforce composition to predict talent needs.
- Identify and proactively address leadership shortages.
- Conduct skills gap analyses for leadership transitions.
- Create structured succession plans for key roles.
- Collaborate on cohesive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession strategies.
- Evaluate internal talent for managerial roles.
- Refine succession frameworks based on trends.
- Support leadership training.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Assess candidates for cultural and skill fit.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including senior and sensitive roles, ensuring OFCCP/EEOC compliance.
- Lead outreach (job fairs, internships, academic partnerships).
- Build relationships with educational institutions for talent pipelines.
- Ensure recruitment file documentation compliance.
- Stay current on OFCCP/EEOC for best hiring practices.
- Monitor retention metrics and identify improvement areas.
- Nurture relationships with key talent for retention.
- Contribute to HR projects on talent management and organizational development.
- Perform other assigned HR duties.
